How can I print my portfolio details onto a spreadsheet?

Go to your My Accounts page. Display the required details, for example, transactions or holdings, then click Download To Spreadsheet. This link is in the top right corner of the page.

How can I view my accounts and trade online?

To view your accounts and trade online, you must first register with this website.

How can I view more of my accounts online?

If you have already registered with the JBWere website and would like to access another of your accounts online, contact the Investor Service team on 1300 366 790.

How can I view my stockbroking transactions to see what I paid for a certain security?

To view the total price you paid, display your My Accounts page and click Transactions. To find out exactly what unit price you paid, contact your adviser to get Cost View enabled.

How do I create a watchlist?

To create a watchlist, go to the My Accounts page and follow these steps:

1.	Click My Watchlists. The My Watchlists page is displayed.
2.	Click Add a New Watchlist. The Create New Watchlist page is displayed.
3.	In the Type in a Watchlist Name field, type a name for the watchlist; for example, Biotech.
4.	Click Create Watchlist. The Amend My Watchlist page is displayed.
5.	In the Security Code field, type the name of a security you want to add to your watchlist. You can use the code lookup link to search for security codes.
6.	In the Quantity field, type the number of shares for that security.
7.	If you want further securities in the watchlist, click Add a New Security to add the security to the watchlist.
8.	Repeat steps 5 to 7 for every new security.
9.	Click Save Amendments.

When I click My Accounts it says I have not applied — why?

Your registration may still be being processed. To verify the status of your registration application, contact the Investor Services team on 1300 366 790.

Where can I place orders online?

You must first log in and then go to the Online Orders page.
