How do I remove cookies?

Follow these steps:

1.	Simply click here and the Reset page will be displayed.
2.	Click Remove Cookies and a page will be displayed listing the removed cookies.
3.	Click Next.
4.	Click Return to Site.

I am experiencing slow internet access — what can I do?

Performance will vary from one internet service provider (ISP) to another, depending on the speed of their communication links and the number of users connected. Consult your ISP if you experience significant performance problems.

Why can I not see my PDFs, live prices or charts when I click the links?

This is likely happening because you have the pop-up blocker turned on.

On Internet Explorer, to allow pop-ups to display:

1.	From a browser window, click Tools, Internet Options.
2.	Click the Privacy tab.
3.	Under Pop-up Blocker, ensure the Turn on Pop-up Blocker checkbox is clear.
4.	Click Apply, OK.

On Firefox., to allow pop-ups to display :

1.	From a browser window, click Tools, Options.
2.	Click the Content tab.
3.	Ensure the Block popup windows checkbox is clear.
4.	Click OK.
